I have been writing good, PG scripts for years. Never got one produced even though I am a longtime friend of Kevin Costner. Had some nibbles but nothing. Still have them when/if you accept.
Excellent course of action. Drumming up interest and pressure-testing scripts, pitch decks and other materials may have to become crowd-sourced affairs when the evil Hollywood demons can be relied upon to ignore and blacklist their opponents.
& as you well know, but keep in mind; most productions can be cast and crewed outside of L A, even up here atop the world in North Pole, Alaska as well as Eau Gallie, Florida, hence keeping costs down & improving the bottom line.
Well done! We will be praying for God to bless your efforts! I wish I were creative enough to come up with things like this but it's just not my wheelhouse- rightbrain/leftbrain and whatnot. But my husband and I have been doing our part by showing our boys all the good tv and movies from the past. We've been working our way through MacGyvver, which has been so satisfying. The boys used to get really worried whenever Mac was in trouble or the girl was in danger but after watching a season or 2 they now know 'he's the hero! He won't die/let her die!' And they get excited to see how he gets out of it. We need to show people that kind of hopeful energy again, especially kids. It all definitely starts with good writing!
This is exciting! I’m a homeschool mom who has freelanced for The WaPo (I’ve covered hurricanes that hit my area) and various Catholic publications. I told my husband I’d like to learn to write comedy scripts for TV as a form of recreation.
“...politically motivated race-swapped casting decisions that kill otherwise beloved stories.” Wokies always insist it’s racism, but ask them this: how about a new biopic of Martin Luther King Jr. (or Malcolm X, or Ibram X Kendi, for that matter) with Michelle Yeoh in the title role? Hey, she’s an Oscar winning actress!
Or would that be just. so. distracting. that you’d lose the story, and defeat the purpose? Yeah, I thought so.

This is exactly what we need! Praying for you!

Good on yer!

This is amazing! THANK YOU! I have a screenplay in my head that needs cajoling out.
Good stuff. Looking forward to seeing the river of content that will eventually flow from this fountainhead of genius.
I'd love to play any role that will advance this critical mission: writer, editor, "funder", etc. Thank you for taking the fight to our common enemy.
Have you spoken with Marcus @ Loor.tv?
Exciting!
I bought screenwriting software. Have had the story in my head for 10 years.
